She started Hytone Arts Management in 2004 and now works with a diverse array of arts organizations throughout California and the U.S. In addition to providing marketing, development and management guidance, she is currently a Visiting Instructor at UCLA in the Department of World Arts and Culture/Dance. Nancy regularly creates and presents workshops for both artists and arts organizations.
