Yesenia Sanchez is a professional coach and arts management consultant based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has 10 years experience working with artists and non-profit arts organizations as an administrative director, financial manager, program director, consultant and coach. These experiences have given her an indepth understanding of the challenges facing artists and arts organizations, as well as a deep appreciation for the creativity, resourcefulness and innovation often inherent in those who feel called to work in the field.
Yesenia believes in an integrated approach to coaching and consulting that is humanistic, yet grounded in solid principals and practices. Her consulting practice embraces left-brained tools that help build strong financial and organizational infrastructures, encourage critical inquiry and place value on entrepreneurial skills and education.
